Our Programs & Classes
Students and enthusiasts of Ju-Jitsu have many reasons for their interest in this and other martial art styles. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.

Lil Dragon's Program
This program is here to help the young martial artist, ages 4 to 7, gain Life and Safety Skills, as well as gain a basic foundation of Martial Art skills. This will ensure their growth into a better young person, as well as help build discipline and focus in school. For more information, please call the dojo.

Youth Jujitsu Programs
In this class, we teach kids how to grapple, kick, strike, and use throws to control a much larger person. We want to teach our younger students to become a complete martial artist, and understand the responsibility of learning the martial arts. We also have a safety program for our young students. Here at TNT Jujitsu, we care about the overall growth of the student which includes grades, conduct, and respect for others and themselves. Please note that this four month trial includes a white gi, an attendance card, a school patch, and a technique/belt requirement packet with your tuition. After your trial period, you will have the option of paying month-to-month, a 6 month/1 year contract, or a Black belt 4 year contract. Other than with the four year contract, you will have to pay renewal fees and materials. Those enrolled in the Black Belt Club must have A's & B's in class, E/S in conduct, and be committed to gaining a Black belt in the art of Ju-jitsu. If for any reason a contract must be terminated, our company must charge a fee for the termination. Any students that return to the dojo will be charged a registration fee again.

Adult Traditional Jujitsu Program
In this ryuha of Jujitsu, you will learn how to defend yourself in various ways. The practitioner of Traditional Jujitsu learns to use many quick strikes to vulnerable body points, how to overbalance an attacker, and continue with strikes, kicks, pulls, pushes, twists, and locks, so the attacker feels less motivated to continue the assault. The ultimate goal of Jujitsu is not to inflict harm; rather, it is to control a situation so that it never becomes violent. Size or age doesn't matter. In the Traditional Jujitsu program, you can learn to put your mind in a state of relaxed preparedness where you are not troubled by personal, emotional, or physical limitations. A powerful mind is far more important than the strength of a person’s arm or the speed of their strike. As an old Japanese saying goes, “it is the mind, not the sword, which cuts.”
Ladies, it’s time to empower yourselves and take control of life’s uncomfortable situations by learning to defend yourselves. Women often reject the need for physical self-defense, given their inherent ability to dodge violence through flexibility and their reliance on protection by others. However, today, as much as throughout human history, women have suffered physical violence at the hands of their male counterparts. Therefore, self-defense remains a highly relevant issue for women. Women can learn techniques which will enable them to disable a bigger, heavier, and stronger attacker with a throw, a well-placed kick, or a strike. If the situation requires something more, a lock or throw for instance, then jujitsu has an arsenal of techniques on which to call upon. “Ju-jitsu, if followed in all its details, will make a weak woman stronger and will make of any reasonably strong woman one who is the physical peer of any man of her own size.” (H. Irving Hancock) Jujitsu is a gentle art; it requires dedication, but learning this martial art will set you apart and put you into a very elite group of intelligent, strong-willed, and successful women.
Jujitsu works equally well for young and old, large and small, weak and strong, for men and women alike. It does not require strength to be effective. Teen Jujitsu Programs
In this class, the teens will get the opportunity to discover what Jujitsu can do for them in a society that is full of negative temptations. The students will learn focus, discipline, and persistence in order to achieve their goals not only in martial arts, but in their everyday lives. They will also focus on self defense aspects. Black Belt Club
This is a program that is for those who are committed to reaching their Black belt. Those in this program will experience extra training in Traditional Jujitsu, as well as earn patches for weapons training.

Cardio -Fit Boxing
The Cardio Kickboxing program generally features a variety of punches, kicks, and knee strikes, as well as incorporating traditional exercises such as jumping jacks, abdominal crunches, and push-ups to generate a total body workout. TNT Jujitsu offers high-intensity workouts that will improve and maintain your cardiovascular fitness, increase your strength and flexibility, and help improve your coordination and balance.
